Build Guide
This is the build I've been using to clear GR95-105 within 4-5 minutes my current paragon as I write this guide is 1000.
Overall most people know how this build works IF NOT I'd suggest just heading over to youtube and watching either a Bluddshed or LexandCes video regarding the Vyr solo builds. I'm going to just get into some of the things I see on reddit/forums/communities questioning certain parts of this build or to clear any confusion.
Attack speed on weapon vs other slots:
Attack speed on weapon is required if you plan on pushing as high as possible, reason being attack speed on weapon is multiplicative versus attack speed on other pieces which is additive. This doesn't make it "useless" as it does improve the speed of your attack to help build archon stacks at the start of a rift but after you start getting the overlapping archon stacks and start getting near the attack speed cap (which is around the 300 mark) you'll be attack speed capped so it will be less useful thus making other values more important. I've seen the argument "it only gives 6-7 extra stacks" but anyone who knows about pushing knows how a little bit extra can go a long way. TL:DR If you're a min/max type person get attack speed on weapon.
Optimal CDR:
I've heard some Wizards are using 50% sheet CDR (this is not counting Gogok) I feel this is a bit low but I feel the "sweet spot" for this value is 55%. This can be accomplished by putting CDR in almost every slot minus the Amulet/Rings. I personally don't have it on my weapon at the moment and have it on both rings, but the weapon has a 10% potential vs 8% for other slots and for min/max having rings for damage would be more optimal for damage but harder to obtain rings with these rolls.
All Resist vs Armor:
If you are sub 1200 paragon I would suggest all resist but after 1200 armor will likely be more useful due to the scaling of intellect to resist DR. Vyr's shoulders for example always roll with resist so getting a CDR + armor is going to be tough for some slots. You can also swap int gems for strength gems to increase armor (should give a 3-5% DR) but wouldn't recommend this until past 1200+ paragon.
Passives:
Few choices here but the locked in ones are Audacity (duh)/Unstable Anomaly (dying sucks) & Evocation (CDR is king). If you're taking too much damage you can use Blur for the 4th slot, if you want more damage I would use Unwavering Will (solo) or Cold Blooded (group) or if you have an arcane damage weapon you could go Elemental Exposure (group)
Tip:
Make sure you're using Black Hole before you go into Archon, all affected mobs get 3% damage bonus against them.
I probably missed a few things but if there is any questions let me know and I'll clarify or add it to the guild. If you disagree with anything I've said just let me know and a source so I can correct the information.
Thanks,

Similar to the build i use. But i cant get the grip on why Storm Armor : Shocking Aspect. Dosnt the dmg just tickle the demons?
Your thoughts on taking Scramble instead for 25% more movment speed?
I think the shocking aspect simply allows for the karini buff to stay active all the time. Rune reads "Critical hits have a chance to electrocute a nearby enemy..." So its always shocking and keeping the buff active.
Tarthibiam pretty much hit the nail on the head, since the Karini's build is mostly just for speeds/mindless farming I suggest the Shocking Aspect just for up time on the buff (80% DR). The overall damage is pointless I agree but the movement speed won't matter much seeing as most of the movement for this build is done through Archon teleporting. At that point If you're not taking damage or just simply don't need this DR at whatever you're speeding you can go back to Energy Armor and use convention instead of karini's to maximize damage.
Is the Str on the Amulet a typo, or is Strength actually the first priority for amulets with this build?
Yeah that's a typo, let me get that fixed (thanks for pointing it out!). It should be Cold % Damage/Critical Strike Chance/Critical Damage/Socket
