Ring of Royal Grandeur
This is a variation on the Typhon's GR push build for speed rifts and bounties in solo or in group play.

DISCLAIMER: THIS BUILD DOES NOT NEED TO BE OPTIMIZED TO SUCCEED IN T16
I only included stat priorities to be thorough.
There is some room for movement here. You want to have Magistrate and Tasker and Theo's legendary powers. i recommend using the item with the best rolls and putting the other in the cube. Ring of Royal Grandeur allows you to keep your 6 piece bonus and still have one of these powers. I also recommend RORG in the cube as it typically rolls with attack speed and its more difficult to get a good roll.
The big changes here are the Scramble rune for Storm Armor, Wormhole rune for Teleport, and Nemesis bracer's instead of Ashnagarr's Blood Bracers. I swap out my Deathwish for Aether Walker for the teleport spam as there is no need at T16 for the additional multiplier (the damage is there without needing to channel). I also swap out Hergbrash's Binding for Krelm's belt. There is great synergy here as our Galvanizing Ward will protect us from taking real damage, thus keeping our movement speed buff from the Krelm's belt. You sacrifice a bit of survivability for much more speed and maneuverability.
I like to stack resource cost on my T16 builds to be able to spam Teleport and not have resource issues. It is not required. However as you play this build, if you find yourself running out of resource, consider rolling it everywhere you can. You will see improvement!
Topaz in the Helmet. (Amethyst if you do not run RCR)
Emerald in the Weapon.
Topaz in all armor slots.

Pretty typical Paragon priority.
Move speed then everything into INT
Crit, ChD, AS, CDR in that order
Armor, Life, AR, Life regen in that order
Gold Find, RCR, AD, Life on Hit in that order. (This build being a speed rifts/bounties builds means I prioritize this tree very differently)
Build Guide
This version of the build is meant for Rifts/Bounties at T16. There is a ton of flexibility with this set depending on how you want to play it. This is just my preferred build.
Tip: ALWAYS DROP 2 HYDRAS ON THE LEVEL AS SOON AS YOU SPAWN IN. If you do not you have no survivability and will likely get one shot by the first mob that comes your way.
This build massively outscales T16 content without even needing to channel Arcane Torrent for the damage buff. I typically just run/teleport around to elites and pylons and place my hydras right on their frame, black hole for good measure, and run around gathering up gold/globes/mats/legendaries. It isn't as fast as some of the Barbarian or Demon Hunter builds out there, but we can keep up with teleport spam. It's also a super fun build to play and I'll likely use it in future seasons unless the Wizard gets some drastic changes.
