Built around Empathy's Blessing that boosts your attacks and your allies. 3 Legendary pieces to buff the spell and the charm for max cooldown reductions and duration. With Legendary , Set Items and Charm, you will have almost the same cooldown and duration (16.5s and 15.3s), so a constant buff through the whole dungeon/raid

If strong on items and paragon level, focus on extra damage to help kill boss/elites faster. If low on CR, replace 1-2 gems with defense ones.
