Taeguk + Mantle of Channeling in cube because in S27 we are using Strafe.Taeguk can be replaced with Zei's Stone of Vengeance.
Mantle of Channeling in cube can be replaced with Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan (with Strafe)/Krelm's Buff Belt (for speed)/Leoric's Crown (more CDR)/Pride's Fall (resource cost reduction)/Visage of Gunes (dmg reduction with Vengeance).

Boon of the Hoarder gem must be level 50! (so every mob drops gold on kill - 100% chance)

Vengeance + Bat Companion you use when you need more Hatred.
Collect health globes to restore some Hatred (Blood Vengeance passive). Equip your follower with Rakoff's Glass of Life = additional chance for enemies to drop health globes).
Thrill of the Hunt passive is chosen because we need some CC for Cull the Weak passive and Bane of the Trapped gem.
Vault + Tactical Advantage passive, because you need speed and for Elusive Ring damage reduction buff.

The Raven's Wing we use because it's the only bow with possible gold % stat. Socket it with Flawless Royal Emerald for 130% crit dmg.

Offhand stat priority: + Hatred Regeneration (I couldn't add it, no such choice).

Bracers and Belt (Guardian's Jeopardy set items) can be replaced with Goldwrap + Custerian Wristguards.

All items must have x% Extra Gold From Monsters secondary attribute! You want to reach 50 000%+ Gold Find.

Gems:

Diamond in Head for CDR. Or Amethyst for extra Toughness.
Chest and Legs: Use Emerald for Dex (Damage). Or Amethyst for Life (Toughness) or Diamond for All Res (Toughness).

If you go solo, don't forget to hire your follower! It gives great bonuses to you via Emanates items.

Follower items (Templar):
Weapon - Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker - for CC
Hands: Gladiator Gauntlets (After earning massacre bonus, gold rains form the sky) (Emanates) - more gold
Ring: Krede's Flame (Taking fire damage restores your primary resource) (Emanates) - for Hatred
Ring 2: Avarice Band (Each time you pick up gold, increase your Gold and Health Pickup radius by 1 yard for 10 seconds, stacking up to 30 times. (Emanates) - for gold and health globe pickup radius
Chest: Goldskin (Chance for enemies to drop gold when you hit them) (Emanates) - for gold
Amulet: Rakoff's Glass of Life (Enemies you kill have a 4% additional chance to drop a health globe) (Emanates) - more health globes = more Hatred with Blood Vengeance passive
Templar Relic: Enchanting Favor (Equip on follower: Your followed cannot die)
The rest - anything.

Follower skills: 1-1-1-1: Heal, Loyalty, Charge, Inspire (for Hatred regeneration)
