    • Simplicity's Strength
    • Bane of the Trapped
    • Zei's Stone of Vengeance
***IMPORTANT***
The helm slot is reserved for the 'Crown of the Primus', which gives Slow Time the effect of every rune. Until you get that helm, use whatever else you have.
All other empty slots are reserved for the Magnum Opus set pieces, giving you 5 in total, and the full 6-set with Ring of Royal Grandeur.
**********

For gems, the ones you'll want to level the most are Simplicity's Strength for Magic Missile damage, which is what like 70% of your damage is coming from, and Bane of the Trapped, because you'll want every enemy you're killing to be inside Slow Time, which will mean that pretty much every enemy you're killing will benefit from the Bane of the Trapped damage. Zei's Stone is just extra damage, as you'll want to be as far away as possible from the enemies. This can be swapped out for something like Bane of the Powerful though, if need be.

As far as weapons go, anything with fire damage is good, and Sun Keeper is also good, for the elite damage. Keep in mind the fact that as of right now, we can't test this build, so there may well be a much better weapon out there to use, so this may change in the future.
For your offhand, we're doing a Magic Missile build, so Mirrorball is the obvious choice. You need a Mirrorball. They're not that rare, so it should be fairly easy to obtain one.

For rings, Ring of Royal Grandeur is needed, and it's pretty easy to get. Your other ring will be Unity if you need survivability, but if that's not an issue, go with a Stone of Jordan, with Fire Damage rolled on it.

For bracers, there's really nothing too special to get, I'm assuming Strongarms will be the best though, as we're using Black Hole to group up enemies.

For belts, if toughness is an issue, go for a String of Ears. For straight damage, go with a Witching Hour, or potentially a Harrington Waistguard.

Last but not least, amulets. Again, if you're lacking survivability, go with one of the elemental resist amulets, and if you have none of those, The Ess of Johan will help group up enemies, which will be quite useful. If you have a hellfire with really good rolls and a good passive, you can also use that.

Paragon Priorities

Core

Movement Speed
Primary Stat
Vitality
Maximum Resource

Offense

Critical Hit Chance
Critical Hit Damage
Cooldown Reduction
Attack Speed

Defense

Resist All
Armor
Life
Life Regeneration

Utility

Area Damage
Life on Hit
Gold Find
Resource Cost Reduction
Core:
Max out movement speed to 25% with gear and paragon points, then put the rest into Int. Maximum resource and vitality aren't at all needed.
Offense:
With your gear and paragon points, getting to around 45-55% crit chance, and around 400% crit damage is a pretty good place to be. Once you've maxed those out, put points into either attack speed or cooldown reduction. With the 2-set bonus from the set, attack speed will contribute to faster cooldowns anyway, so it's hard to say which will be more important.
Defense:
Pretty simple, just max them out in this order - All res., Armor, Life %, and Life Regen. (Unless you're really lacking in healing, in which case you can put points into life regen before life %)
Utility:
Area damage will help with more damage, so that's what you'll want first, after that it's up to you, although life on hit is the only one that will really help you at all.

Build Guide

This is just a potential wizard build for season 2 (or whenever the sets come out), using the new set that focuses on Slow Time. Keep in mind the fact that we don't know what gear will be best for this yet, this is just my take on what seems to be a pretty viable Magic Missile build. Since the Meta for this isn't really even a thing yet, this could completely change, hell, Magic Missile might even be a horrible choice out of the skills! Either way, this is just me taking a guess!
