Offhand
Utilizing the M6 build, but making use of some skills to speed up the pace a bit. You could alternatively replace the Bane of the Trapped or Zei's gem with the Boon of the Hoarder and place a Goldwrap on to help you move from mob to mob rather effectively to increase your armor drastically to basically become invincible. Movement isn't always going to be perfect, but it might be a good substitute for some. Cindercoat helps reduce the cost of your multishot and your vault since you're using trail of cinders, so it's a good all-around item to have. Reaper's Wraps I'm keeping because it allows me to vault over to a globe as needed to keep on firing.

Core: Max your movement speed in conjunction with your gear and your companion.
Offense: CDR is great for your Companion and Punishment skills, as well as Sentries. Crit Dmg > Crit Ch are the way to go to maximize your efforts to 1-shot more effectively.
Defense: All Res as always and then armor to help mitigate the damage and then Life% to be able to have some to absorb what isn't mitigated.
Utility: RCR is important for vaulting and shooting as much as possible. Life on Hit can come 3rd if you're comfortable with your playstyle, however for most it will probably be 1st or 2nd in terms of priority.
Build Guide
With the recent changes to gear, it's no longer a matter of "Can I effectively clear T6?" It's now a matter of "How fast can I clear T6 content?" This build is not intended to top the leaderboards, however it is useful for farming Bounties and Rifts in Torment 6 at a rapid rate. There's some variations out there, but if speed is what you're going for then I feel this is right up there with the fastest DH builds. You could easily swap out Polar Station for Spitfire and probably shave an extra few seconds off, especially if you intend to go with the Goldwrap/Hoarder combo in place of Bane of the Trapped.
