Greetings all and welcome to my first build. This is a variation of the common waste build.
Mine focus a bit more on survivability and on bul-khatos weapons.
As long you have 5 piece Waste 2 piece IK what combination of the items you have does not matter. You are going to need RoRG to make it happen.
In rings I highly recommend Unity for higher G-Rift but convention of elements is adequate for lower. Bul-Khatos wedding band is also good.

Most important stats is getting damage values when possible. Otherwise its stacking Vit, AR and life% since our main heal is based on our total hp.
Getting at least 500k health is prefered but the more the better.
500k hp = 5k heals per crit with whirlwind

This build has a lot of toughness and can easily survive higher G-Rift even with lower gear levels.
With my personal gear level I am running with 1m sheet damage 31m toughness and 200k recovery.
Fully buffed that is is 2.4m sheet damage 266m toughness and 4m recovery. And I can clear 45+ sadly I have very bad weapons so I believe this build can easily do 50-53 G-Rift with proper weapons.
Running with Unity/CotA/Whirlwind gives you a total of 85% dmg reduction on top of everything else.

Movement speed to cap then strength all the way
Focus on getting crit and crit dmg up then AS and lastly CDR
RA is very important since we don't have much on gear Afterwards life % due to whirlwind, rest is kinda worthless.
Area damage is the most important, 20% chance to deal 50% extra damage if insane. After that RCR Rest is worthless.

Build Guide

Rend: Bloodbath. Used for extra damage and bleed effects, bloodbath also spread to nearby mobs when killed.
Whirlwind: Blood Funnel. Keep this button pressed down at all times. Main bread and butter damage. Heals based on hp when crits.
Battle Rage: Swords to Ploughshares. Gives extra damage and spawn shit ton of health globes.
Wrath of the Berserker: Insanity. Major CD use on CD. Lots of damage.
War Cry: Invigorate. Gives 10% extra heals for better heals and extra armor.
Call of the Ancients: Together as One. 50% dmg reduction constant.

There is variations of this build:
War Cry: Invigorate -> Sprint: Marathron for more speed
Battle Rage: Swords to Ploughshares -> Battle Rage: Bloodshed for more aoe damage
Animosity -> Berserker Rage for more damage
