Basically get as much cooldown as possible, to keep you in WotB. The Toxin gem is for the 10% increased damage from all sources. If you have trouble surviving, you can swap out Gogok of Swiftness for Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard. Get Though as Nails as your 5th passive if using the Hellfire amulet.
Put red gem in helm for extra XP, and all res gems in torso and pants. In your weapons, you can put two Amethysts for life on hit, or 1 amethyst and 1 gem of ease, if you don't need the extra LoH.

Not much to say here. Cooldown and survivability before damage Attack speed will help you cast skills faster.
Build Guide
This is a fast zdps build that will function well in 2.3 with the change to Threatening Shouts rune "Falter". Now enemies take 25% increased damage from all sources. This build requires a minimum of 1 other player with high damage.
Kanai's Cube:
-Eun-jang-do
-Leorics Crown (doubles with the one you wear. If this is fixed, use Nemesis bracers for faster clear, or Ancient Parthan Defenders for survivability.
- Ring of Royal Grandeur. (this is needed to get the bonuses from your sets.)
If you want to take your toughness to another level, try getting intellegence or dexterity on your gear instead of strength. Craft your sets on a dex or int class.
Have fun!
Man, definitely Berserk is not needed, "ignore pain" is way better.
Sprint&Chilanik may also be useless, because monks use Dashing Strike anyway.
