Some modifications have been made personally by me to stat priorities and gems. They are entirely interchangeable. Just remember this build uses shields as its defensive mechanic so Vitality really isn't all that important (focus on reduction like armor/resist instead).

Weapon can be either wand just use whichever has better stats and is ancient that you've found and cube the other one.

Alternative ring set to Focus/Restraint is Unity and Convention of the Elements.
