Keep Epiphany - Desert Shroud up and just Dash > Pull > Attack with Spirit Generators and watch the fireworks!
As far as I tested it out it's a pretty solid and quick build purely for T7 farming with a lot of tweaking possibilities!
Jawbreaker is pretty much mandatory for the very fast (unlimited) dashing from pack to pack, and Az'turrasq for the increased explosion.
Same goes for the 2set Raiment, 2set Uliana's, Strongarm Bracers and Depth Diggers.
- 2 set Uliana's is needed for the EP apply
- 2 set Raiment is needed for the increased damage and attack speed of the spirit generators
- Cyclone Strike procs the effect of Strongarm Bracers.
- Depth Diggers is needed for the increase damage of spirit generators
Focus & Restraint and Witching Hour is just there for the extra little damage boost.
I was using Ice Climbers in the video just for the immunity for the annoying frost crap, this is an optional item and can be changed.
I use Krelm's Buff belt in the cube for the extra movement speed, and Zodiac ring for the cooldown so I can have Epiphany (almost) constantly up.
I left one weapon slot open for a choice of you're own since I still have not found an equippable Jawbreaker.
That's why I'm using Jawbreaker in the Cube and an Thunderfury as a main hand.
I have an hellfire amulet equipped with Socket+Dex+CHD+CHC and the Alacrity passive, I'm using Relentless Assault passive.
If you don't have this, any amulet with Socket+Dex+CHD+CHC/Socket+Cold %+CHD+CHC is good.
Legendary gems:
- Simplicity's Strength is pretty much mandatory aswell for the increase damage of spirit generators.
- Gogok for the fast attacking and extra cooldown since it's on max stacks most of the time.
- Wreath of Lighting is optional, but I use it because it really procs allot due to the high attack speed and this way it give a little extra damage and speed boost.
Aside from the mandatory items there is allot to change to you're own preference.

The only downside of this build is that it kinda sucks in single target damage as seen in the last part of the video when I'm doing the Butcher encounter.
But since it's a maximum of 1 boss encounter per Act, I'm not letting that spoil it.
It might not be THÉ fastest but it sure is fun, and that's important aswell in my opinion.

Core:
First cap out Movement Speed, then just Dex and if you're in need of Spirit then first Spirit and then Dex.
Offense:
CDR > Attack Speed, and CHC/CHD to whatever you need more.
Defense:
The usual, All Resist > Armor > Life > Life regen.
Utility:
Area damage first, then anything you actually need.

Wouldn't a Goldwrap be a good option for your belt since Boon of the Hoarder causes lots of gold to drop and lots of gold = lots of armor.
Yap, that would be a good option aswell.
