Ring of Royal Grandeur

This set requires Bul-Kathos 2 set simply for the regen. The fact that it makes whirlwhind attack 30% faster and make you move 30% faster as well is a boost.

Skull grasp is not required, but it's an obvious help.

As well, the 6 set bonus of wrath of the wastes is nice, but the set works just fine with the 4-set bonus.

Your legendary gems are all there to assist you with bringing enemies down over the course of time. Wreath of Lightning is there for the increased movement speed (also, going zap zap zap across the hall is nice.)

The hellfire amulet will be great for bloodthirst.

Your kanai'd schaeffer's hammer will make heavy use of your lightning damage, assisting your damage as you plow carelessly through mobs.

You can also replace Hexing Pants with the 6 set wastes pants, removing ring of royal grandeur and placing wyrdward in it's place in the kanai'd socket.
