Gems can be changed to preferances. I ran with molten wildebeest to make my life as easy as possible while farming. But it could be swapped for a dmg gem if you feel like that.

Build Guide

A lazy build to easily farm death breath as a demon hunter

With the new affix to Dawn that reduces Vengance cool down with up to 60%, we can with 40%+ cdr have permanent Vengance to gain 10 hatred/sec. This will make it easy to keep up your hatred while channeling strafe.

I found it enough with Vengance + hexing pants + archer passive to keep hatred at almost max. I rarely need to use my generator with this setup. And do good dmg to farm t8-10 with for death breath and legendaries.
