Build Guide
Basic Playstyle: Continuously run through the rift while your Locust Swarm and pets deal passive damage, never stop moving unless your recasting pets or clicking a chest/weapon rack/dead body.
Hey everybody! This is, in my opinion, the fastest Torment 10 farming spec for the Witch Doctor class in patch 2.4.

- Helmet: Quetzalcoatl
Doubles the damage of Locust Swarm.
-Shoulders: Corruption
Craftable shoulders that roll with 7 pick up radius as a secondary. Best option for builds that can't use Thing of the Deep or Avarice Band.
-Amulet: Hellfire Amulet
5th passive should be Grave Injustice or Confidence Ritual for more damage,
-Chest: Aquila Cuirass
50% damage reduction while above 75-85% resource. You really don't spend mana in this build so you always have this damage reduction.
-Bracers: Nemesis Bracers
More Champions for more In-Geom Proc's and more Death Breath's.
-Gloves: Tasker and Theo's
50% more attack speed for pets.
-Belt: Harrington Waistguard
Huge damage buff when you click a chest/weapon rack/armor rack/dead body. Most of the time all you are doing is running around looking for clickables.
-Pants: Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan
Huge damage increase while moving. Never stop unless you are recasting pets or clicking and object.
-Boots: Fire Walkers
Fire damage from Fire Walkers gets buffed by Legacy of Nightmares, should be able to hit 250 million ticks pretty easy.
-Rings: The Wailing Host/Litany of the Undaunted(Legacy of Nightmares)
Every item needs to be ancient, it's more important that the rings are ancient then being properly rolled.
-Weapon: In-Geom
Close to perma Spirit Walk Severance with this buff, hitting around 200% movement speed most of the time.
-Offhand: Vile Hive
60% more Locust Swarm damage is the mojo gives you the Pestilence rune, allowing the use of Searing Locust on the bar for maximum damage.
Weapon: Wormwood
Casts Locust Swarm on nearby enemies.
Armor: Mask of Jeram
100% more pet damage.
Jewelry: Short Mans Finger
3 smaller more powerful gargantuan's. Tall mans finger is also an option if you prefer the large zombie dog.
Bane of the Powerful: Large damage buff after killing the first elite/champion/goblin along with extra Elite Damage from the secondary
Zei's Stone of Vengeance: More damage to Locust Swarm as you move farther away from the mobs.
Bane of the Trapped: This will be proc'd in melee and by the cold gargantuan's, If you run the Hwoj Wrap variation, your locust swarm will proc this gem.
*Gem Alternatives*
Enforcer: More pet damage.
Boon of the Hoarder: More gold for empowering rifts and extra movement speed.

I'll have everything updated by the end of the day Ramp. Working on getting the guide templates up first. Thanks for the kind words.
Enjoyed this video quite abit! Thanks for this mate!
Thanks for the build. Will this be viable in 4p T10? Like farming bounties etc.
are you using the 800% rings in this video?
Man i dont understand how you are getting so high swarm numbers.
I have 11/13 Ancient + Quetz +Vile Hive and Ring of Emptiness -1.2mil sheet dps and my swarm is ticking for 40mil.. Not fast enough for T7 even.
What if you are unlucky with Ancient gear? Would that work with, say, different rings?
I ran this build pretty early on 9/13 Ancients. You can switch early, but certain items seem required. Aquila seems to do bulk of survivability. TnT are huge damage increase. Nemesis dramatically increases clear times. Cubed items are a must. Without an In-Geom I was using Starmetal and still do for higher (55-60) Grifts for faster cool down on Fetishes in the original build.
Illusiory Boots suck, with them you constantly get stuck on doors/destroyables without direct attacks you're left casting Locust Swarm which is balls (removes Aquila, is like all your mana).
I use this to farm 45-60 Grifts as well to level gems to 50. 45-50 is effortless. 55 I swap in Starmetal for perma Fetishes. 60 I swap out Soul to Waste for Languish and if I'm feeling ultra lazy I can swap in Lakumba's for face roll survivability.
I also use Gem of Effacious Toxin as I find I'm too close enough to really make good use out of Zei's and any damage increase Zei's would do seems covered by the Toxin damage and 10% increase at all times but it's hard to tell which is really better when everything T10 dies pretty much instantly.
Think fastest I clocked a level 45 Grift was 1m32s completion (great shrines/mob spawns) and average around 2.15m or so. Great build, has made farming in S5 effortless!
How would the Ring of Emptiness fit in this build? I'm working on it and have enough together to melt T8 and possibly higher. Still missing some pieces (mostly pet dmg bumps). Just curious if RoE would up tick the LS we're applying.
EDIT: Just noticed it says LS & Haunt have to be applied at same time. Didn't realize it was both not either.
What is the best build in your opinion for bounties? I have been using Jade with the Angry Chicken knife/oh and Wormwood in the cube. If there is something that is more efficient I would like to know.
