Build Guide
1) Stack as much Area Damage as possible. Area Damage on shoulders, gloves, rings. 130+ Area damage is good.
2) At least 27% CDR is required for build to work smoothly. This is better done with CDR on shoulders (8%) + diamond in helm (12,5)+ ring (8%).
3) Max Fury on weapon will really help. You can get up to 136 default fury with Fury roll on Blade of the Tribes(24) and belt(12), which, spent through Boulder Toss will reset your Leap by 4 seconds (instead of 3 when you just have 100 default fury). Fury on belt is not as important as Fury on weapon, because 24 Fury from weapon alone will give you an extra 1 second for Leap cooldown. Every second counts!
4) Overall you can get a maximum of 186 Fury with rolls on weapon/belt and max resource from paragon (+20 more from Animosity if you are crazy). Remember though, that you reset your Leap cooldown by ALL fury spent / 30 = 1 sec. That means 186 will have your Leap resetted by 6,2 seconds. BUT! You also need time to cast boulder toss and it's about 0,5 sec animation. So ~180 fury is a sweet, solid spot you need to achieve.
You need to find a balance between fury from paragon, gear, decide if you need animosity or not, and also see how much CDR you need to make everything work "smooth" for you.

The sequence is like this:
1) Leap 3 times -> Shout / Warcry
2) Generate full Fury
3) Spend all Fury with Seismic Slam---> your Leap refreshes
4) Repeat
The build is pretty fragile outside of the APD procs, so it requires a lot of density to survive and do damage via AOE.
I am still learning it myself!
Also build actually requires some of skill, cause it needs strict timing and great attentiveness and execution as well as positioning. No mindless button mashing here

Why Dread Iron and have no Ground stomp? Just curious
There is no Ground Stomp. Avalance is from Blade of the Tribes when you cast shout war cry. Ground Stomp is not needed at all.
Couple of ideas I have but haven't tested yet as I'm still acquiring gear.
1. Why not Put Avalanche Volcano on bar and replace WotB? That free's up a passive as well for Maybe brawler? (also you never specify what passive is recommended for the Hellfire ammy) It also makes the free avalanche proc's twice as effective as before.
2. Since this can be squishy what about Ring of Might in the cube since CoE has limited proc in this build?
3. Alternatively what about Royal Grandeur in the cube and Magefist for the extra fire damage.?
I ask these because the build seems to be fire based but there isn't much adding to fire damage.
So far from what I have played with the pieces I have this build is a ton of fun! You get to jump around and scream and throw rocks and stuff dies!
(also I don't get the belt choice either unless it has a special skill that it can roll, over other belts? )
HF passives are all specified here, in the build.
2) This build is optimized for maximum DPS. Of cause you can use band of might or Unity, but you won't get to highest greater rift.
3) Another waste of slot. COE gives you a dps boost, more than any magefist.
The belt is pretty much the optimal choice between all other belts possible. Unruned Alavalance still does some nice extra damage.
Just FYI this build is slightly out of date, you should switch the belt to Girdle of Giants and use Seismic Slam [Rumble] instead of Ancient Spear.
Just look at the leaderboards, you will quickly see everyone is using GoG + SS.
Also, it should be obvious that boosting Earthquake damage is better than boosting Avalanche damage, since most of the damage in this build comes from Earthquake.
I will wait till i see something higher than GR97. Right now it's just the "hype".
GR97 is highest EQ in the world that i know of and was done with this setup you see here.

I'll just post the breakdown of this from my build:
If you look at the differences between Rumble and Boulder Toss, you'll see that Boulder Toss does about 25% more damage, but in a tiny range. This was probably a min-max choice back when everyone was using Cave-In on Earthquake, and even then it probably had minimal benefit over Rumble. Now that mobs are not clumped together, Boulder Toss no longer has that minimal benefit. In fact, it's very possible that it's the inferior choice, as Rumble, with it's much larger AoE, will do more damage in most situations.
That being said, this discussion is mostly useless, as we're talking about a skill slot that has very minimal impact on damage to begin with. It's function is primarily the utility of dumping all your Fury, of course. When presented with the choice between these two skills, the preference should clearly not be given to the one that does more damage, but to the one that buffs the rest of your damage more. You have to choose between buffing an unruned Avalanche, which goes off once per rotation, or buffing your biggest damage move that goes off three-four times per rotation. The choice is yours, but you can see my recommendation in this build already.

I've been using a variation of this build to great success. It's very powerful.
In case people can't be bothered to watch the vid, or are confused be the German language, the guy that did the GR99 (R1CK) was using a variation with Battle Rage - Bloodshed and Brawler, instead of Wrath of the Berserker and Boon of Bul-Kathos.
I am not able to get passed GR 67. damage is at 958k ive reforged all i could for optimal stats. toughness is 28 million unbuffed and 228 million after i leap, i am using Band of Might in cube because i was constantly dying, still am. my gems are all level 66 now. So really my damage seems low and my toughness seems low but it shouldnt? what am i missing? build is very fun to playbut the Rift guardian one shot or 2 shots me every time....
