IMO, the simplest build to get The Thrill conquest.

You'll have to herd mobs into big groups and wait for your CoE Lightning proc. Once the proc is almost finished, cast Fan of Knives. This way you'll maximize the bonus from Lord Greenstone's Fan in the cube.

While waiting for the Lightning proc keep spamming Focus Fire and Strafe. Make sure you keep your Hatered near full, so you always have the Aquilla Cuirass' damage resistance. Apart from that, Fortress Ballista should grant you enough of survivability. If you find yourself dying too much, make sure you have some Life on Hit and enough CDR to maintain Vengeace.
