Build Guide
Unlike my other guide that focuses around on survival, this build is focused around destroying elites at the cost of survival. This build is only recommended for true experts at surviving with the witch doctor class when soloing or playing with supports that are exceptionally good at keeping you well protected.
Sacred harvester is given up in favor of Rimeheart for the 20% chance to proc 10,000% weapon dmg on hit when frozen. Fortunately, the freezing field left by Spirit Barrage : Phantasm rune causes enemies, even bosses to be frozen most of the fight. That leaves us with the need to hit the boss as much as possible during its frozen state.
The belt gives us 15 fetishes while the helm gives us extra casters to assist in proccing Rimeheart which has a high 20% proc chance. Unless there are rules restricting the proc sources for Rime heart like Manald heal, I'm gonna safely assume that they all do help in maximizing Rimeheart's damage. Along with LoN's 1300% dmg, we'll be looking at 130,000% weapon damage before other multipliers per proc on a very high rate relative to Manald Heal.
Although a huge emphasis is on Rimeheart, we have not diminished the Barber's explosion potential at the slightest.
Feel free to test out your boss kill time differences here. I would recommend using T13 ubers with low paragons as a good testing ground to see if this full glass cannon barber build suits your game play.
