I've left the paragon stat priorities alone as I play above P-800. I am sitting at P-1027 at the moment and this build crushes T-10 rifts. I do not bother much with T-13 as the difference in completion times from T-10 to T-13 generally favors a T-10 clear. While the rewards may be greater in T-13, I find that the sheer volume of runs that can be completed using this particular EB build is more desirable.
Build Guide
When switching to lower level GR's for quick gem leveling, I make the following changes:
Belt: Tal Rasha's Brace
Source: Orb of Infinite Depth
Skills remain the same, but passives change to: Illusionist, Evocation, Audacity and Blur. I had been using Galvanizing Ward, but there does not seem to be much of a point in using this passive without Ashnaggar's Blood Bracers.
The cubed items change only slightly...the ring then changes to Unity. It is working well enough into GR65 for gem leveling to 60. Beyond that, I switch to one of three higher level GR builds I am currently using for my wizard.
