You can use Aquila Curiass if you need more defenses, or Magefist if you want slightly less damage, but all the time.

If you don't need Esoteric Alteration, you can use Bane of the Powerful. You can also use a level 25 Pain Enhancer and get rid of one 7% Attack Speed roll on the gloves or ring, and replace it with 20% AD, while using Enchantress with Focused Mind.

Build Guide

Use your best bracer and cube the other.

Use the set ring and your best choice of the other two, and cube the third.

If you don't have Slanderer and Little Rogue, use some fast one-handers like Pig Sticker or Gift of Silaria, or you could use a Furnace, or any other strong 2-hander until you get Istvan's Blades.

Amethyst in helm, Diamonds in armor, Emeralds in weapons.

Try and get as much +Health Globe as possible, without sacrificing other Primary stats.

NOTE ON RINGS: The stats listed above are for CoE ONLY. Do NOT get Attack Speed on both rings. The Compass Rose would ideally be: Socket > CHD > CHC > AD. Because of how this ring rolls, you'll ideally get one with Strength, Move Speed, and 3 of the following four: CHC, CHD, AD, Socket. You'll reroll the Move Speed to the one you're missing.

Make sure you ONLY have 2 x 7% Attack Speed on your armor (gloves and the ring that's not Compass Rose). Don't go higher than this. You'll also have the 7% Attack Speed on both weapons, but this is calculated separately.
