uhm... theres A LOT of errors in this "skill update". where are you getting these "unofficial class changes" from? because the skill calc hasnt changed and half these skills arent usable in the beta and neither are runes. for instance the ancient spear wasnt 130% to start with, its only 100%, and your saying it has duplicate damage when its runed? and theres no longer a CD on WOTB? ya no... lol
also all the life on all life replenishing / regenerating skills has been increased by like...500%+? uhh....

idc. the changes are insane. they nerfed the life on these life regen/replenish skills a FEW times and then they suddenly decide to increase them all by 700-800%? ya i dont think so
this may all be the values at lvl 60 but unless the values suddenly super sky rocket the second you hit 60 this also insanely increases it from lvl 1-59 as well. if its linear increases then thats a 700% overall increase even while leveling. unless they just upped the difficulty of the entire game by a shit ton i dont see this being accurate at all

if your HC char dies, there is a remembrance mass which you can watch and also a coffin and grave for your char with a headt stone and you can view the engravings

Werent those mentioned in Jays Post? Or was it one of Bashs? And well I guess they add dmg/effects to the Skills. Like "10% wider Cleave range" or something like that.
