The only sucky thing is they are short, because it is just the loop from the website, when the real CD comes out then well hear the full 7 minute versions and what not.

Will probably have a regular soundtrack in the Collector's Edition, as with all other games. Can't wait for it, the last 3 collector's i got (Wrath of the Lich King, Starcraft II and Cataclysm) had awesome soundtracks!
D1 and hellfire never released a soundtrack AFAIK, D2(+Lod) did have a ton of mp3s officially released for free, and the D3 stuff is all promotional, with the main theme originally done as a free release on itunes.
Not really illegal, The only ones i would consider illegal downloads are the D2 and D3 overture. D1 Hellfire and LoD and all the other D3's are all free the D1 and hellfire were taken from the sound files from the game itself, and same with LoD while the D3 ones are free straight from the D3 website, All i did was compile them into easily downloadable files for your listening pleasure.

Thanks alot Don, If you guys have any requests let me know I'll try to do my best to get you what you need.
E, there's a little bit of difference in packaging really old stuff, stuff that has had a promotional release, and stuff that was never released as a CD versus posting rips of recent CE CDs.
I would never give legal advice over the intertubes, I'm just saying that you're less likely to catch negative attention if you stick to stuff that wasn't recently released in CD form. That being said, it is definitely cool IMO that you're packaging this stuff up for folks.
Thanks and like I said if someone contacts me telling me to take them down i'll gladly do so, as of yet though no one has.
I'm actually thinking of buying them from itunes burning them to Cd's then re ripping them in Mp3 so they are unprotected it is proving difficult to find some of these albums online.

Awesome work, now I can listen to the Diablo II soundtracks at work.
Just a heads up, it's usually a good idea to get approval for something like this from an admin, before they strike at you with there powers of red. I suggest Sixen, the cool guy that he is.

I have talked to FingolfinFR and he and sixen have decided that what I originally did was not illegal, and so i expanded upon what I had originally did. If they choose to revoke that statement, then i shall gladly take off the links.
