The Scoundrel and Enchantress can both lay some significant pain down.
If you are playing a high crit build, and you gear your Scoundrel equally, take the last skill that gives you both a 10% damage buff if either of you crits, and go have fun (likely applicable to some DHs playing with Sharpshooter).
If you need some equal defense and offense, the Enchantress wins, with the +3% Attack Speed, +15% Armor, and up to 2 CCs all at once (Charm + Disorient).
Still not sure how worthwhile the Templar is in end-game...

That said they never really do much DPS anyways. I think like, 4k at most or so?
My chantress can solo most of act 1 and there's a video on the front page of one doing the entire act.
