So for you who are interested; The Do Gaming League (DGL) is our local gaming tournament. Anyway, me and my clan in BF3 won our first game in the DGL! This is my first competitive gaming event ever, so I'm quite stoked!

We had more clouds (and a load a wind) than we usually do so I decided to get a few shots in at lunch. Probably one of the few things I like about Vegas is the ability to see across the valley at the shadows cast by the clouds on days like today.
Is it just me or is this thread particularly off topic and lacking any real conversation? lol

I guess that is the reality of random. It could end up being randomly awesome, or randomly boring. I feel like we have had a ranomly boring week. It's like flipping a coin and getting tails like 80 times in a row.
Edit: Or like putting your music on shuffle and getting out of season Christmas music and weird stuff you downlaoded for other people, or work media projects, jokes, and so forth over and over.
Edit 2: Or like being late for work, catching up with a 20 mile per hour car, passing it, only to then catch up with another 20 mile per hour car.
Edit 3: Speaking of cars. I've had an awful month, and I'm not going to go into details here and spoil the mood. So I'm jsut going to skip to the one part that I can actually laugh at it.
I flipped my car last Saturday. I dropped a wheel off the road in a place where there was no shoulder at all, and my car sort of slipped off into the ditchline at 55 miles per hour, flipped, slid through the grass then rolled back up right. At the time I was pretty upset and in shock, and shouldn't have been driving. So the wreck didn't scare me at all. I was actually sliding along upside down, hanging by my seatbelt, and my deepest thought was that it reminded me of the tunnel scene in Men In Black, and that I hoped I would live and not get maimed.
At the time I was dressed very formal, so afterward, I was standing around in the cold in a knee length dress covered in dirt and glass, with ripped up panty hose and legs covered in minor scrapes.
I rolled a car once, not the same way though. Mine just rolled a couple of times and stopped on the roof, climbing out of a car upside down is surprisingly difficult. My first thought was "shit I hope my dad doesn't kill me".
