You will want new weapons, WW/Sprint is heavily affected by weapon speed, and if you want to speed clear mp1/2 you need 1 1h weapons. A mace main hand with high damage, and a dagger stat stick.
adequite armor/res all/damage/ikbelt/crit chance. YOU SIR SEEM ELIGABLE TO CHANGE SKILLS NOT GEAR!
1. get rid of zerk, use sprint tornados
2. get rid of hota, get ww huricane
3. get rid of rend and get a fury ability like OP momentum or charge or leap
done
for ubers, smash build is superior
for mp5, u can make it work
do i win the cookie?

have u ever used ww/sprint build for exp farming in mp1 with anything over 80k dps? good fucking luck keeping that up. 25 seconds tops. Turns into a waste of a skill slot which i would rather 1. have a fury generator 2. something that will help me kill (ie op momentum crits = insta gib whites, charge/leap) also, hes using a 2h, making it even worse. keep ur foot in your mouth, it was a smarter move

1. DPS is a meaningless metric for WW/sprint builds since many people go for a stat stick offhand with low damage
2. Look at my profile scrub. It worked fine for me with over 150k dps for a long time.
3. ww/sprint and 2h build doesn't mix well, which is why I suggested going dual wield. You just wont build enough fury even if you aren't killing stuff quickly due to the low proc coefficient on tornadoes and slow tick speed. Attack speed is critical for this build to work post 1.05.
4. if you kill shit instantly you are on too low of a MP level, its far more efficient to farm drops/xp on a level that you can roll with 100% uptime on wotb, as well as more challenging/fun.

well we sir have the same knowledge base, just differnt goals.
he said farm mp1-2. my 110k dps mows mp1-2 down without even tornados
i also said no gear changes, which leaves him with a 2h wep
inorder to keep zerk up, that requires a lack of insta gibing via ww, thus taking more time to kill. If i can kill mp1 without turning around for white, it is faster even if i loose 25% movespeed and have to turn back. just sayin.
before this goes any further, we should stop.
we both know the mechanics of ww. my whole thing was how to farm mp1-2 without a gear change, and i believe mp1-2 dies to fast to sustain zerk. your belief is that if you cant keep zerk up, your in too low of an mp. I do run perma zerk on any real run (mp5+) as i see perma zerk the most viable skill a barb has for mp10 50% for the imense buffs but also for the damn mini stun barbs take when they take damage....
Yeah with this current gear and standard ww spec I'm coasting mp1.. just cant keep wotb up long
Try to focus on those other goals as well.. you guys seem to be familiar with higher mp which is what the goal is to upgrade up to.. and im assuming dual wield will be best route to achieve that

ya, my personal view is that thrive on chaos makes higher mp's easiest, which is best achieved with dw. Ias makes it even easier. As long as u have crit chance, higher mp's only require higher and higher stats overall. 700 res all ish, 6+k armor, 45+k hp, more and more and more and more dps (never enough)
LS/LoH on main hand is big mistake and will eat through your damage budget. Get the LS and LoH (or just LS if your budget is good enough to get enough DPS) on your offhand and belt. Even with low DPS, 6% LS and 800 LoH should be enough, and if it isn't, get more on an amulet or from passive rather than your main hand weapon.
The whole point of sprint is that it only uses main hand damage, so you want as much damage as possible on your main hand weapon with relatively minimal stats, while you get the stats (both defensive and offensive) in your offhand and other items. Not that you should ignore stats completely on main hand, but for 1h weapon damage stats are generally cheaper than LS/LoH and when you buy a high DPS weapon the price just skyrockets if you look for LS/LoH, while for a low DPS offhand you can get both on the same weapon for pretty cheap.
A 1200 DPS 150 str socket main hand would be quite better than 1000 DPS with 150 str, socket and 80% crit damage on top, and probably end up costing about the same or less. Also, keep in mind that str/socket and str/crit damage can give a lot more damage per gold spent than crit dmg/socket stat combo. Having all 3 is probably not possible within any sane budget (basically unless you have hundreds of millions to spend on your weapon, getting all 3 will not be cost effective for sure).
A 300 DPS offhand with good stats will be much better than an equally priced 800+ DPS offhand with less stats.

Very good info on weaps
Can I get some more specific feedback to what gear switches I should make OTHER THAN weaps now that this has been clearly defined
CC is ur primary stat, everything else is gravey
ias helps with fury management/perma zerk
cd = main damage stat
life% is huge on ur hp pool especially with free vit u get from paragon
shoot for 40+k hp
+armor is good
AR is mandatory
imo, IK belt is necisary for all barbs. 3% ls on belt is huge, plus the other stats are solid.
Sorry, if you want to be good you will have to replace all of them. Divide your budget accordingly. Don't just invest 10mil+ in a single item as that will mean you will not have enough to invest in the other items. 1 crappy item + 1 very good item < 2 average items, assuming you invest the same amount of gold in either option. 7 crappy items + 1 very good item is even more obvious loss compared to equal priced (in total) 8 average items.
As I said, your helm is the only obvious keeper, and if you want a priority list then replacing gloves/shoulders/belt/boots is not nearly as high priority as replacing everything else.
I don't know how you can be lost. Check the AH for the best crit/str/vit/resist/crit dmg you can afford. Use a DPS and EHP calculator if you can't figure out how much each stat is worth.
Get a lower DPS higher stats offhand weapon, even if for the same cost as your current you will kill faster regardless of the lower character screen DPS.
You still haven't replaced everything. Chest, amulet, pants and both rings are just terrible and can easily be upgraded a lot using 20mil divided between all of those. Like I said, all you need to do is go to the AH and check the prices on items much better than your own and see which ones you can actually afford. If you do that, you won't have to come here and post after every single purchase.

The fact that ur only able to speak in generalities shows ur lack of knowledge so I'll wait for someone who knows more or can be more specific than "get better stuff"
I told you exactly what items you need to replcae. What else do you want, me to go to the AH and buy stuff for you? Seriously, man... (Though if you want, for a reasonable fee, I guess I could do that for you if you're on EU servers).
Look at my profile for example, my pants were ~10mil pre-1.0.5, and now probably worth around 1/2. For rings if you're not using hellfire ring and stone of jordan, you want them with as much crit chance as possible and of course as much damage via strength and critical damage as you can afford. Amulet needs high crit and high damage stats (str, crit dmg, average damage all work, depending how much of course - Use a DPS calculator to do a proper comparison). Since you need to upgrade at least 5 items, don't spend more than 4mil on each of those.
The objective is to tweak this HotA spec into a WW/Sprint build.. as well as upgrade him as nec.
End goals to meet:
- can efficiently and quickly farm act 3 mp1/2
- can key farm at mp 5/6 solo
Supreme commando final challenge:
- able to solo ubers at mp5
up for the challenge? This is permitted to be a heated thread as part of the competition

Can you recommend more specific things to replace them with..
Right now I am thinking about replacing my Gloves with some that have: Atk Spd, Crit Chance, and Crit Dmg.. then as much Str/Res as possible.
The rest of the gear I am pretty lost on what legendaries I should be looking for.. as well as the stat ranges.
