So I am having issues re-rolling when the game does not supply sufficient arcane dust. Blizzard have addressed the yellow materials which drop plenty in greater rifts but not increased arcane dust.
yeah i mean if you want blues you just gotta scrap blues.... you only need to do a few runs to stack some 500 or so, so just dedicate some runs to stocking up then get back to farming dem legsz

Normal rift runs on low to mid torment if you want blues.
