You fucking retarded ass sonofabitch! You seriously think you could cast a fireball at Gheed just because you were a n00b137 enough to gamble in the beginning of the game? Well i got a few words for you: NOT IN TOWN, MOUTHAFUCKA!
I just wish they come out with it already iam sic of d2 iam the god of d2 been playing sice beta first came out and bord of it ...anf ya like add 3-4 more dif chars to d3 like a theif. a invisable char. a char that can fly with spells..u all no what i mean if u been playing d2 for awile would be cool to duel with a char that can fly with spells and stuff...and a theif would rock i see taht can steal from the gamblin oponits and stuff and a invisble char would be cool to only for doing baal runs and stuff if u no what i mean use your imaginashion creat the game what u coud do with a invisable char and flyin char as in spells be pretty cool.
1) I liked the idea of the different classes when you level up, because you can limit people to certain areas based on the class they're in. I'm not just talking about normal, nightmare, and hell, but subclasses between acts.
2) Another idea i had was, instead of adding another merc, let you play two of your characters in the same game. There would have to be a limmit to level differences. It would be interesting to start out with two characters to allow you to pick a skills that complement each other. Of course you could play them separately, but you wouldn't have to worry as much about be able to use class-specific items.
I like those ideas sylvos.
Now things I want to see:
1. A vast world, one big map that has like 3 or 4 different villages or towns spread apart. so instead of being sent to different towns u can travel to them on foot or maybe incorerate a caravan that goes back and forth between towns. the only loading id like to see is entering a dungeon or cave.
2. I also want to see the skill system changed, i think it would be cool if u could have a basic skill and thats all u see then as the game goes on and depending on what type of combat u use skill are awarded to u, this would make it a mystery as to what u would get for skills instead of mapping out were u are going to put points to which skills, i think its to easy to make characters any more because a well experienced player already knows were to put points for the build he wants.
3. Id like to see more ways to interact with other players than just trading.
(baldurs gate is 1 disc with a full instalation, its 4-5 for installation,)
first of i want to say i also enjoy playing BG2,
1. lots of character choices, (has just about every type in fantasy worlds)
2. male female,
3. tons of quests plot and optional, lots of arena type quests (usually last man standing), and the age old kill/gather this type quests, heaps based on class(i would put race but that doesnt affects diablo and NEVER should)
4. some really tough battles (liches and dragons),
5. lots of cities and towns
6. baddies come find you as opposed to you find them
it also has some pretty good non battling features
1. like alcohol(which affects how your char performs),
2. stealing from shops
3. lots of voice overs, your chars dont just saying something every once and a while
4. party interaction, the other 5 people you walked around with were just emotionless zombies, like the d2 mercs
Diablo 3 will probably be in 3d like neverwinter nights
it sounds like its going to have factions (heaven and Hell)
sounds like everyone here is pretty much pro 'choose sex'
you could have an arena for pking,
more classes good (though they will probably borrow from wow)
30 skills is good, i dont even use half of them as it is
more runes/runewords good
yeah i play sorc a lot i get killed in hell by the immunities, esp the baddies that are immune to fire/cold/lightning, and my physical really sucks, i last a bit long now that i have thorns aura(item)
(those burning souls guys were easy, trippster either you were too weak, bad resistances, or u were atttacking with an element they are immune too)

I think what would be good is to see 1. more elements you can put on your weapons, like dark, light, fire, water, wind, poison, ice, lighting, magic, earth, ect. 2. More spells, and spells you can customize. 3. More characters that you can totally customize. Hair, face, eyes, skin, ect. Also it would be cool to see you be able to fuse shoulder plates, neck plates and other stuff to your main armor. 4. More items, alot more. 5. Some special skills that you can learn from trainers. Also traits like in WoW for armor making, herblism, ect. 6. Special quests, some require teamwork. 7. LvL cap way past 99 so the game can keep going, but hard to get to lvls after that. 8. Patches keep coming out to add new bosses, enemies, quests, areas, ect. Well, there are a few things I would like to see in Diablo 3.

I hope they don't take classes from Wow because i don't like that game to much to much talking and $h!t...Although i think the fusing shoulder plates and everything would be wicked but it would have to have weight involved like Sylvos said and of course to get those armor upgrades they would have to be pretty unique to find or everybody would run around with 1k or higher def which wouldn't be nice....and you should have to start with a character like a peasant then you have to get certain stats to level to a different class and there eould have to be like tons of classes...that would be pretty wicked..

yea lots of quests, u could even have some that dont appear in the quest log, (didnt gheed want a small gem, some good, or something),
it was cool in diablo how u couldnt do every quest in one go, not really sure how that could work in d3, as there is no go to new game, i suppose u could have it so that there are quests that only appear in a certain difficulty.

Good idea Elfen Lied i totally agree with it. Hopefully if they do make d3 they don't have guns and stuff because that would make it lame i would rather play Xcom if they did that. Im not saying Xcom sucks hell that game roXorz my boXorz....but yeah..Also if they make the sin again they should try and make better skills bcuz the only skill group thats even good is trapz and those are so boring...

I agree with kalmageddon, if they start adding in guns like they did to FFX-2 it will kill they whole feel of the game for me. I loved FFX, but as soon as i popped in FFX-2 i was sadly disappointed. I mean, yeah, the girls were hot but the whole BOOM BOOM gun thing ruined it for me(Also I really miss Ifrit).

who here has played medievil 2? guns ruined that game! i love the first one, then they putguns in the second one what the hell.
dont have gund in diablo, none in the first two so why have them in the third one?
oh yeah the lancer thing could be cool

well i would like to see them have elite items that are as good as runewords or make a new class of weapons over elite. i just hope that they make it so that people can not buy items in mass. people being able to buy 100 hi runes kind of ruined the game. the point of playing a game like diablo is the challenge of actually having to find that 1 item. and they better not put guns in the game.
Of course people won't be able to buy runes not unless your talking about the sites then you will of course be able to buy them..you can't stop the all powerful lords of the net..they'll devour your soul..but yeah i hope they make it so you can make like a mixed skills char like guildwars how a ranger can also have mezmer skills id love that to be able to happen and most likely it will....then that would solve the skill problem and make it so if you see a barb you don't think "Oh just whirlwind i'll use iron maiden to own him" and stuff like that...that would be grand...:)

Oh not at all of course they'll have a class guide on b.net and they should make it so in the last act the npc's should give you the option to unsocket items and of course it would cost alot of money that would be wicked cool....=D

hey about having the house's...
if your online how would you kno what house is yours?
whats the upside to having a house?
you have a perfectly good stash and in d3 you can hold like WAY more stuff in the stash.
maybe your house could have a lock on it...so u could do safe trades haha or if u wanted to drop items and mule shit over it would stay in your house....maybe it wouldnt even have to show an actual house but just a button...view house..and it brings u to it..(Safer trades ) and maybe there could be a lock pick skill or somthin and u could get jacked if u leave anything out......i dunno just a thought and ive been playin oblivion way to much so this is mostly were these ideas come from
