First thing they said "Diablo 3 - Diablo 2, now, with pants!"
I am kind of bummed out that it looks like there's only three basic armor sets per class; esp how the witchdoctor in her art looks like she just has more leaves piled up on her. I can understand why they don't want the wizard to have bullhorns jutting out of her stomach, but it'd be cool to have more variety.

It looks similar in the inventory as it does on the guy. You peoples haven't been watching that video at least once every day since the announcement? Weiiird.
Very sure they said armor pieces will look different to different classes and genders. So if a barbarian trades his gladiator-lookin' armor with bull horns to a witchdoctor, the witch dude will see it look like a pile of leaves. And if a female barbarian trades her top to a male barbarian, you won't have to see his man cleavage.

The armour DOES adjust to the class. There's a concept piece that shows a visual progression for a Witchdoctor from light to medium and heavy armour etc. Very much alike the old D2 concept piece showing the visual progression for a Barbarian.
It's also hinted by Jay Wilson once or twice - I believe he explained for a Blizzcast how armour models can't be reused across classes and genders as it is done in WoW to a degree, so they need to come up with a lot more resources.
On the other hand, weapon models should be unique and same no matter what class is wielding it, since that doesn't interfere with the class distinction philosophy, and the 3D engine allows it.

I'm kinda bummed about this. I would like the armor to look different from say a male to female barbarian, but i wish it would look similar between classes.

This changes the aspect of 'Hey! you've got X armor! Your soo lucky!' to 'Hey! Cool armor graphics!'

there are 3 slots available.
the "shirt" that covers the nude torso
the "underpants" (sorry for my english) that covers the thies (legs?)
Not sure what you mean by shirt, though, there is the armor part but that seems to be it.
I tihnk he means the generic clothes they give every character before they get armor.
Yes comedian, they're called legs. It's okay if you make mistakes sometimes. Where are you from?
What are you talking about?
Argentina.
Yeah I assume they will do this. I just have not heard any specific remarks on the subject from anyone at Blizzard. I'm just hoping this is the case.
"Losers always whine about their best, winners go home and Fvck the prom queen."
Wasn't it on the gameplay video?

Meh, maybe prestige pay to drop armor, who knows.

Yes, tell me how that looks when you can.
