Yeah, I got it too. Doesn't mean anything unfortunately. There is not even a fake dated posted. Who knows why they decided to open it up for pre-order but it means nothing about the games actual release date.

As I said before, it really means nothing. Nearly every game-selling site has posted up the option to pre-order the game. Amazon is no different, I'm afraid. We still have nothing new pertaining to a release date, and even if one was posted on there, it would be fake since Blizzard would have to announce it first.

Ya I hate the fake teaser release dates. There is a book I've been waiting forever to be published that has said release date Sept 14, <insert current year> forever haha

Just like the "pre-purchase" option with "fake dates" for other Blizzard titles (most recently Wrath of the Lich King) it simply means that you can reserve your copy and have it shipped on release date (whenever that is). I still say the better option would be to be one of the first in line at your local electronics retailer at midnight to secure your own copy while those who pre-ordered wait for theirs in the mail.

No, just because there is a date for the pre-order doesn't mean anything. Damn I've seen a lot of these threads pop up
