I think you're lumping all the people who are unhappy into one group. Yes there's a lot of complaining, and it's because there's a lot of people upset/angry over these changes. Should they sit back, not give blizzard their opinions, and hope they read our minds? I agree with you that it's going to be a good game, but to me there are some aspects of the RMAH(yeah sorry, I went there) that just are disappointing. As a player, I am forced to think about the game through a financial filter while I play. Every item that drops means I will have to check it's real money value, because if I miss something big, I'm an idiot. I have no doubt we'll see an addon soon similar to WoW's auctioneer so I can just see it's $$$ value while I play. Should I give this great mage staff to my good friend, or take $10 off my rent? These decisions are not ones I want to make while playing a game, especially one we've all been waiting so long to play. I'm not forced to use this system, but it's impossible for me to ignore it.
Out of curiousity. What change could Blizzard make that actually would make you care? That would make you go "wtf have they done to Diablo3" ?
Let me think. They'd probably have to do something that will wander a little too far from what a Blizzard ARPG is. Something like removing the randomness that makes it so fun, making it turn based (lol), or doing something else that I know Blizzard isn't going to do.
Very selfish point of view. Also, this is a discussion board, we COULD discuss anything as civilized humans, without even arrive to start riots. So there's no problem half of the forum right now is openly discussing the news, and how it will affect each of you. Since I'm not calling anyone "a bastard" by using the new AH or not acting like myself, I don't see the point of this kind of posts.
I think that was the point of this post, to be selfish. I really only posted it to get what I wanted to say off my chest in a place that people wouldn't look at it and think I was weird (facebook/twitter/emails)

I agree that constructive criticism is necessary, but what I'm saying is that almost all of it is QQ and it's bringing me down. There was a few posts on the official forum that had some pretty good ideas that should be voiced, but overall it was mass QQ over something that I don't really think is horrible enough to merit it.

My place really was here. I was too foolish and stubborn to notice. But, what I truly hoped for then was here. Why do I always realize it When I've already lost it.
Any time there's anything new out, Blizzard fans will complain. Then, they'll actually start to think about it and calm down. Then, they will forget about it. From there, most will agree with the change, while the rest will still buy the game regardless and love it.
Unfortunately, 90% of the diablo fanbase play online and are affected by all of this. So yeah, since this has nothing to do with, maybe you should stop reading comments, and avoid getting riled up.
You must mean 90% of the 10% who are the vocal majority. The game will be a much better experience for 90% of the actual fanbase (who also play online).

But every time blizzard brings a game out it seems to make the player want to come back over and over again.
Im sure they want us to play it for yrs to come, so if its broken they will fix it i guess.
they havnt let us down yet?
EDIT: and btw thank you op this is one of the few posts that made me feel happy lol , reading people QQing is depressing!
Cheers
Now to respond to all of the naysayers.
