I have a question about friends in Diablo 3 or should I say Battlenet 2.0
Is there a limit of the number of friends you can have per Battle Net account??
(That is friends online ... not to be confused with player limit per game which stands at 4)
In Diablo 2, the friend limit was 25 so I could only ever see 25 at most if any of my friends were online.
Well i have SC2 and i had 18 friends in my list and it wasent full, tough you must ask yourself the question with how many people am i really going to play? And do i want to continue playing with?
I think its easier to fill a Flist in diablo games than it is in the sc games. I remember in d2 haven to spend 20 mins each time I wanted to add a new friend, trying to figure out which old friend I was going to remove. Its not a fun thing to have to do, im sure the list is much larger than 25.

Thanks for the replies folks. Well 100 limit sounds great, probably more than I will ever need ,,,,again as Molsterr brought up ... the idea of having to shuffle / delete friends (as in Diablo 2) that are offline to make space for new friends sucks.

I ended up getting a couple bots (Channel bots, not baal run bots) and setting it up so that I could talk to my 20 friends, or talk to the bot and that bot would send messages to other bots, and those bots would send messages to a potential 80 friends. Then anyone would respond to the respective bot and that bot would relay that message back to me.
Took a little bit of time to do, but totally worth it.

If just referring to diablo3 thats a very good questions. I would think it would be close to the sc2 limit of friends.
