Just a note for you nay sayers about graphics, it has been stated that the video/screen shots were really crappy resolution. So I don't think its D3's graphics are crappy.
Somewhere I do not get why people think they person risked much. I very much doubt that the NDA has a set penalty when someone breaks the agreement which means Blizzard needs to prove damage - and I cannot see what type of damage they have suffered. Hence *he only risked participation in the F&F beta. That is all really.
Yeah they sign a contract that says you may not talk about anything you see or here about Prjoect "X" and if you do are liable to being sued by our legal team. Thats the whole basis of an NDA, You don't say anything you don't worry about being sued or imprisoned, you do talk well then you'll pay the consequences.

You are missing the point. Unless the agreement contains a fixed penalty paragraph (which I highly doubt when it comes to a beta NDA) Blizzard has the option to sue him/her for damages. These damages need to be substantiated. Which damages has Blizzard suffered in this (that you can quantify)?
Well you could argue that now The competition knows about Blizzards plans, allwoing them to copy and/or improve upon their model, thus giving the competitor edges in sales. If it does come with a fixed penalty then it's probably a sum of money? whihc is probably unlikely

Personally i find the poor quality of the photos to be damaging, quantifying it into a cost, however, is a whole different ballgame.
The lack of explanations on this leak by Blue posters also makes me think that this was planned.
The footage was very intentional, close to professional. The guy that did this was not afraid of any retaliation by exposing the company. And just some days before the beta goes live... This really seems planned.
Working for the government has taught me that noone wants their mistakes or someone fooling them to be displayed for everyone. If Blizzard was my company i would want this guy and him leaking info hushed asap so that way people dont get the idea that they can take advantage of my company and get away with it. One would think public execution would deter people from getting any ideas.. but it just exposes that there are cracks in the system that you can exploit.

I see 2 hilighted slots + 4 available slots next to the health potion.
I'm confuse right now we can see 7 slots, correct
I think should be 6 + health potion (7 slots) and the 2 hilighted slots.
or if was reduced to 6 slots
3 + health potion (4 slots) and the 2 hilighted slots. So small
It's true if use the scroll you can have other 2 slots more? and
you can change the 5 slot for other skill?
