Also, i know many people love the paladin, but i was wondering as to why so many ppl wish to see the return of the paladin. Is it because he was one of the strongest and OP classes in D2(Hammerdin/Smiter)? Or is it the shield specialist defensive/offensive aspect of the paladin? Or...the lore behind him being a holy warrior and what not? just curious as to why ive seen so many ppl ask to bring him back. thx
I don't think it's so much that they want him back, but rather the way he played.
Like some people have said, they want a knight, templar, paladin type warrior, you know. The typical knight in shining armor, a sword in one hand and a shield in the other. It's more the all round type of character. Good defense with solid damage, without the funky spells and tricks, he is the straight forward 'pound the demon's face in' style of character.

That.... or just have hammers rotate around you and own everything as you hump the air style of character.
I wanna see a nature-based stealth Class that has melee/ranged(hybrid) capabilities and shapeshifts into a Necromancer that summons Skeletons.
Thanks.
You forgot the "shooting rainbows out of a steel cannon in melee" part.
no, unicorns have been covered.
What about a tank mage that absorbs damage like a beast, but casts heavy dealing long distance spells while being able to transform into a dragon that spits snowcones.

That works too....
Thanks.
