and yes i'm familiar whit that Portal 2 event, think that was just for the lols, blizzard is not as silly as valve are
The Portal 2 event was phenomenal. There was nothing silly about it. They tied up all of the hardcore nerd, hardcore gamers and casual gamers into it. Not only that, but they had plenty of content AND helped a big handful of indie developers sell their games as well.
If that's Valve being silly, then Blizzard should put on a god-damned clown suit. Hell, they can't even get their crap together for a multi-platform release. Why couldn't they release this on release day on consoles? Because of pride? I don't give two craps about whether or not it gets released on consoles and I prefer PC-only. On the other hand from a business perspective, it seems stupid not to with a game like Diablo. My problem with Blizzard lately is that they are stuck in limbo...

B - A company that designs movie-esque games that provide a set amount of entertainment from within rigid working schedules and forced release dates
* - Where Blizzard is right now, relying on their brand name and WoW success to sell copies of new games. Problem is that Blizzard is having an identity crisis regarding what their company is or was, thanks to the Activision merger. They want to take their time releasing games, but they aren't designing games like they used to and they have outside pressures to release on schedule...
Valve knows who and what they are. On top of that, they help other companies sell their games with their own and also give developers a chance to work for them.

I just noticed that they also fixed the email verification for the Sigil on the banner. After resubmitting my own banner, I received the email immediately afterwards.

I just settled the idea in my mind that Blizzard has full control over the %, so they will just increment it whenever "appropriate"... And we just got trolled real hard and are still hooked to it..........

yeah, I got mine as well. I did the bannerthing twice though. Dont know if the first one didnt go through, but if so, others might want to do it again as well.

The week that a class unlocks, only that class’s sigil will become available via Mark of Valor, until the next class section unlocks and its respective sigil takes its place.
With that said, there will be a soft unlock of all classes at May 17th (was it?) that will let you get all the sigils for a very limited time.
