I wanna get some input about this before I post about it in the official beta bug forums.
So when I use an ability that has a cooldown, such as Leap, Ancient Spear, or Ground Stomp, the cooldown spiral first of all doesn't start all the way at top-center (or 12:00) of the ability icon. It starts around the top-right corner of the icon instead. I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think it did that before. It would make sense for it to start at top-center and go all the way around clockwise, right?
The other half of this potential bug is that even though the ability spiral has completed its journey around the icon, and has been done doing so for about half a second, you'll still be unable to use the skill as if it were still on cooldown.
I'm thinking that the cooldown spirals are off. If they started at top-center and progressed normally, the ability would display being off cooldown like normal.
Also it definitely feels like it's off. In patch 15 and earlier you could use the ability as soon as the spiral was gone. Now you can't.

Anyone else notice this? Try it out.
A mod can delete this thread, or do whatever with it. No bug here. Probably just latency.
