if people can be addicted to something as lame as WOW they can be addicted plenty to d3
While I dont play WoW (not an MMO guy), I must say, that if they have been able to keep 10+ million players for around 8 years, and are easily the most populated MMO in history, one must conclude that the game does in fact, not suck.
Im willing to bet you could not find 10 million people who think WoW sucks.
The only people who bash D3 are those with 200+ hours played.
Please tell me then, Mr. Criticism, what game have you played at rate of 6 hours a day for 1 month and havnt gotten bored with it?
If you dont like D3, please try to go 1 week without it, I'd like to see that very much. Betting 100$ you will log on next day to spend 2 hours in the AH.
I don't have 200+ hours played and I have serious issues with the game. So, you're proven wrong, care to change your assumption? It is also illogical to say that anyone "complaining" about the game shouldn't be playing it. Perhaps we enjoy some aspects of the game, have been waiting more than a decade for it to come out, really want to love it, but want what we see as serious problems to be fixed.

i wouldnt be so sure about that, ive met people who play WOW that think wow suck, it becomes an addiction, they cant help it, if i could 'find 10 million people' to begin with, im sure a lot of them would think wow sucked, but anyway, getting off topic.
Nah d3 won't die, that,s already sure. The only problem is that people just play casually instead of playing 5-6h a day. There,s nothing to do when you,ve beaten inferno!! I woould play hardcore if i couold but my latency is too shitty -.-
They could easily come up with more end game in patches/ expansions, so dont lose hope yet people., so it wont just be casual players ^^
one of the concepts atleast in my opinion behind diablo 3 was it was casual player friendly, but still be appealing to hardcore gamers, but as of now, they are complaining, but i have faith they will come through.
People have been predicting the death of WoW for years now, and they still have more players left than all the other MMOs combined. Can't please everyone.
lol, so true. Every expansion is "WoW is dying", but they "only" lost like 2 million players, with 10 mln still playing. It's kinda funny, because I remember reading "WoW is going to die" threads since at least Wrath of the lich king.
I was a day-one WoW player, and I can state with certainty that WoW's death was predicted the moment it was released (also anyone calling D3's release the 'worst game release ever' is spouting histrionic drivel).
