The only bad thing about www.Diabloii.net, is that it is a strongly established community that is not easy to convince. All I ask is for you guys to make a temporary account to either start new threads linking them to Diablo3.com, preferably the sections concerning the trademark news, or just confirm what I have already posted.
Update: The power abusing moderators over at Dii.net are convinced that they should delete every post that type and ban every account that I make, so it would help if someone would make a new thread for me.
Update2: I will alter my IP later today and try to post, but they may just ban everyone that tries to link to the trademark news over here.

Because if the invisible guy the president believes in isn't the real invisible guy then the real invisible guy gets mad and no longer powers our economy with his invisible hand. Jesus, have you never even read anything about economics?
I would just like to emphasize how important this job is. It would not be an inaccurate claim to say that a majority of our users, before an "official" announcement, will simply migrate from the Diabloii.net forums.
Diabloii.net, according to more respectable sources than I, has become rather low in standards. The site regularly times out on many users, and their "forum upgrades" are hardly noticeable, if not just plain ol' ugly. Their "News" section has stopped filtering out non-Diablo related material, and started posting articles about WOW, Hellgate, etc..
The members over there deserve better, they deserve to be here with us.
They are totally clueless about the current trademark, and all they need is one of you guys to make an account (very easy to do), and make a post.
A good, or more importantly: responsive, title for a post would be: "*Real* Diablo 3 news!"
I shall end this by saying that if any of you are currently logged in, and enjoy conversing with other users, then it is your duty to fulfill this job. More active users will mean more sponsors, content, threads, and posts. If you decide that you enjoy what this site has to offer, and agree that it deserves more money to deliver us more Diablo3, then simply go to: http://forums.diabloii.net/register.php
and follow the on-screen instructions.

Lord Silver guide us... Lord Silver teach us... Lord Silver protect us... In your light we thrive... In your mercy we are sheltered... In your wisdom we are humbled... We live only to serve... Our lives are yours...
Thank you, very much. I am sure everyone else will thank you too, once you get those D2.net members to migrate over here.
Be sure to keep the news post near the top of the forum. Just reply to it yourself if you need to, although I do not think it will be needed. Tomarrow will be a prime time to do the posting too. Keep it up through the weeking, and I expect several hundred new members, at least.
Edit: I will get yet another IP/Proxy and back you up, what will your SN be over there?

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.

Good content of the post should be short and to the point. Something like: Diablo 3 has an active trademark (which is news that is second to none other than an official announcement from Blizzard), and copy-->paste the following links:
