1. I stopped playing about 2 years ago and came back recently (about 2 weeks now) I've been trying to find information on the updated mechanics for skills, e.g. proc rates, what skills use all the attack procs, what skills will feed back LoH etc etc any ideas where I can find a decent explanation of these? In the olden days everything just procced of the RH weapon, but this isn't the case anymore (?).
2. With the item "Ramaldan's gift" how many times can I expand the primary stat of a weapon? I know I can gamble roll a socket onto a non-socket item then roll it off when I find a gift and gift it a socket afterwards giving me 4+socket, can I use a 4 primary weapon, socket it with gift then roll off the socket and re-socket with another gift to give me a 5 or possibly 6 (depending on the weapon of course) primary item? I'd try it myself but don't want to lose a 4.5k ancient executioner or waste a gift if it backfires.

no only 1 gift use per item even if you roll the socket to a stat.
