Hey ya everyone. I've been really enjoying the crafting as of late, and just blowing though all my DE(Demonic Essence). I've asked a in a few places what I should upgrade and they keep saying to continue to craft. While I continue to do so I'm curious what are the max stats for each item.
I only ask because I've seen some contradictory information out there. Things like better to craft vit items and hope for a good roll on main stat. Or that you can only have one stat from a "Group" of stats. And some other weird things (some completely off the wall too).
Is there a resource to look at or something that can clear this all up?
As far as I've seen and reasoned through, it's best to craft primary stat for everything except if you're a barb. Then you craft vit shoulders because they can already roll 300, so you only lose 30 potential str for 130 potential vit since they normally are capped at 200 vit.
For Gloves you might be tempted to roll vit if you're a wiz or WD but Int is still better because you'll likely want IAS, CD, CC, and AR, so you can't get 300 int with those stats using a vit pattern, you can only get like 200 int. With a int pair you can get 330 in and 100 vit, I think, along with the above rolls.
There's something to do with Chest but I don't remember and haven't really seen anyone crafting them. Bracers only roll 200 max for all stats so it's always best to use primary stat over vit for those.

If you feel lucky crafting a chest might make sense for barbs. Imagine getting a 330 STR, 300 vit, 3 socket, 80 allres, 854 armor, 12 life% chest - no IK chest can beat that. The only chest that provides higher DPS would be Tal Rasha's, but obviously doesn't even come close to the potential EHP value. However, such a chest has yet to be seen, here's a list of the best crafted STR chests so far. I guess most people are throwing their money at amulets and gloves, as they are the clear BiS items on their respective slots.
