I've been away from the game for 6+ months, it seems that D3up is dead (doesn't load any new gear), and I'm not seeing a tool anywhere that does these calculations. Yes, I know there is an in-game EHP calc ("Toughness"), but sometimes you need to compare something where D3 is not showing you the +/- EHP%.
The simplest example is browsing socketed weapons on the AH. They all appear to suck compared to my gemmed weapon. If I knew how much DPS my 90% gem gives me, I could just roughly add/subtract that from the comparison tooltips. I could pay to unsocket it for the the comparison, but I'd rather not. There have been other times when I've wanted to know stuff like %toughness change for each defensive stat, but I can't recall another specific example. You can sort of get this information by just adjusting these values in your paragon points, provided you have enough points.

The Toughness stat is really misleading tbh.
Like if I change from Seize the Initiative to Sixth Sense I will raise in Toughness, but I will still die faster.
If I find a new head with lots of vitality and +% health that head will give me more Toughness than my head with lots of resistance, but I will still die faster with that full HP head.
If I were to completely rely on the Toughness stat I would barely be able to survive elites on T1.. Because I would have low resistance, low armor, really high health and really high dodge, but I would die in an instant anyway because I have no damage reduction so the elites basically deals true damage to me.
A good EHP calc will not include Dodge for example, because it's a RNG stat that helps you survive but doesn't really make your EHP higher. It will also tell you that getting more damage reduction and HP is better than more HP.
Toughness is still a good stat because I can use it to quickly see if the item is good or not, but I do not blindly look at only the Toughness.
The Damage stat is misleading as well, I've seen the tooltip tell me that an item is better than another even when it is not, like sure the item gives more Dex and Attack Speed but it gives no CHD or CHC so in reality it's worse. Sure, my whites will get stronger but my crits will get weaker and fewer because of the reduced CHC and those white hits really doesn't do shit, my crits go for 1M-2M while the whites are like 300-400k or something like that.
I have a DPS and EHP spreadsheet that I updated for 2.0, but it's mostly meant for wizards (i.e., contains only wizard buffs and passives). In a pinch it can work for other classes, though doesn't support dual wielding. For EHP it should work, or you can edit the skills to match whatever class you play (or simply use something that's not 0 or 1, l like if you have a passive that gives +10% to AR you can use 10/25 instead of 1 for prismatic armor). The spreadsheet thread link is in my sig.
Also, the damage stat is not misleading with regards to CC, CD, or IAS. If you have skills that proc on crit, then you might rely more on CC than your dps incidates. In terms of other skills, if an item has higher damage, your average dps will go up, even if you lose CD. Sure, your crits won't hit as hard, but your non-crits will high harder.
The damage stat is primarily misleading when it comes to items with +elemental damage or +skill damage, in which case even items where the tooltip shows a decrease in damage can lead to you doing more effective damage. That's partly why I updated my spreadsheet and included options for those stats.
