Basically, no fury spenders which lowers the build's ability to actually cause damage. The highest damage comes from Furious charge with battering ram which is 283% weapon damage.
Thats why all the other damage dealing spells are runed to increase the damage. Another decent damage source would be the ancient spear with the no escape passive but this is the part of the build which can be totally changed to be honest. I just like the ancient spear ability, and if it critical hits, the reset cooldown is probably just awesome.
If i use revenge with the best served cold rune, it increases the critical hit chance so if that helps the throwing spear to crit, then gg... if not then ill change the revenge rune to retribution or just get stomp instead but probably not.
Leap attack and furious charge are awesome mobility spells allowing you to stay ontop of the monsters you encounter. With the addition of ancient spear runed with grappling hook, you can hook those annoying monsters back and with a high chance to crit so you can cast it again without cd.
Bash with punish rune should add a nice 18% damage to all skills too so with berserker rage thats 43% to damage.
Additionaly, you can swap out bash for fury with maniac rune or cleave with broad sweep. But since we have revenge, then cleave is useless imo so its either fury or bash, i chose bash because of the global 6% damage that stacks 3 times.
So yeah, i think its an awesome build and im sure some of you will troll me for not using any fury spenders but hey, this is the point of this build.
why "unforgiving" passive <.< its not like the rage is not gonna stay on full all the time anyway?
also, you will have serious problems in packs when your only real aoe attack depends on getting hit...
especially when your spear will put you in that seat ALL THE TIME
you didn't even think of getting brawler passive instead that will help you when using that spear, but then again, you lack AOE power
and no, you do NOT have to have all these fury regen to keep your fury up, your not spending it O.O. its gonna stay on top for ever
it takes like 10 before it starts to drop, and then maybe 1-2 fury a second but using 1-2 attacks and boom your on top again. why waste a passive and some skills like that. you can really have other skills that will benefit you more

You are right, the unforgiving passive could be quite useless but it gives you a gurantee that your fury will be full at all times. I did think of brawler passive first actually, but decided to let it go xD
For the aoe you could get cleave... that with charge, leap and revenge would be enough. But bashing a single monster untill you get revenges and spears is ok and viable imo.
With the second version of the build you can get up to 88% damage increase.

not whit the damage in hell->forward
if thats the case i recommend allot more tanking abilities. this game will definitely not be a walk in the park you know
spears alone wont kill packs, if you get attacked by 5 champions that are very strong, and a pack of 15 weak skeletons+ summoners + other random mobs... your spear hitting 3 guys for 185% damage every 10 sec wont last you long. revenge maybe, but still its to risky to relay on something random.
you got other abilities as well ofc, like that leap, but they got a cool down as well, i bet you will find yourself in VERY bad situations if you use this build
With a good two handed crafted sword like exalted grand oni blade you can get above 400 dps on the item itself without adding item mods and your skills / passives. In any case, i will be trying a max fury no spenders build some time, i will let you know if i can solo inferno or not. That would be a while after release because i need gz gear xD

using a 2h also well damage will be nice... ofc using a 2h will be nice for all builds (damage vise)
This with a 2 hander because 2 hander's are awesome. Overpower is a bomb when at passives are active. If Bash is fully loaded with passives it does 260% dmg cleave will do slightly less because it will be tough to keep punish at 3 stacks. Brawler makes it a beast int he toughest situations. Without unforgiving the beserker's rage build is a pain in the ass and therefore not cool. Unless you could think of an easier way to keep your fury at max for longer then unforgiving and beserker's rage are a combo.
Yea, your build seems kinda legit to be honest. I just think that in theory, max fury barb is an awesome build. The thing is that its probably one of the most gear dependant barb builds so talking about the ultimate build is kinda hard but again in theory its pretty darn cool.
I thought of something like this http://d3db.com/tool/calculator/barbarian/13455
Battlerage up - charge in - overpower & threaten - they shouldnt be doing too much damg but theyll still hit giving us plenty of revenge hits they just chop them to pieces with frenzy. Could switch Frenzy's rune with Triumph or Overpower's with Revel if more LL is needed at the expense of damg/debuff.

This is a build i thought of using, it relies on the berserker rage and the unforgiving passives so these two are a must.
