Its still a buff over live. They just nerf'd it from the last ptr patch which was pretty insane. Same applies for life per wrath and fury spent as well. They're just fine tuning how much life return they want from life on resource spent. Have some perspective instead of the obligatory "oh my god nerf!" response.
it was much, BUT i think it would have played a big role in survival of higher GRifts. And i think it would be ok if they half'ed it, but completely reverting it again to 400ish is just ... meeeeeeh

i think you should calculate without healthglobe bonus, because 90k is a bit much and not everyone would stack this for only 0.4% use of it
it should at least be increased a little bit whether the health globe bonus goes up to maybe 1% or increase the Life per spirit a little more this is our main healing since the nerf of life on hit now, and my monk does not use any other heal skill/spell and i dont want to be forced to change my spec to include such skills. this is to much of a decrease IMO

Yea, all of those other useful secondary stats that compete with health globe bonus, no one would bother stacking that over say gold find, or + monster experience.
All people think the same on dfans and d3 forum but Blizzard doesnt read forums... 0.4% is to lpow... having 100k health globes increase 400 points trascendence heal

at least for me there are some equal ones like resistances and/or gather radius. yes even gold find is ok because of collecting 1-2k gold won't make you rich. especially with this ultra nerf to 0,4% again, it makes no sense for me again to stack health globe. just compare it to Crusader's passive. it's ridiculous. in former build we were at least able to survive barely by dumping spirit and somehow facetanking some evil elite affixes, now it's 1 shotting us again. Also i won't roll a secondary stat for healthglobe to add it to the ridiculous 0.4% when i still could optimize a primary stat
Its still in the testing, shouldnt be a surprise. If you've played around on the PTR the healing was huge, slam on MoH and you wouldnt die =P
And even so, we did get a lot to of compensation. Almost every other healing ability got buffed =)
Thing to notice in there is still the SW buff.. With the legendary that will give us up to a maximum of 10 stacks, its going to be ticking for 1050% damage ( For lightning monks the tornado dmg got more then doubled as well ) Looks good =)
