Please note I switch off (or more likely unsure whether to use) for either splinter poison dart or spined dart depending on if I need the mana or not.
Basically I start off a battle releasing a few Haunts to keep my health up. After I'm half way or so drained I jump into the fray and use Soul harvest which boosts my attack and replenishes my mana, then depending on the strength of the mob, and whether I'm using frogs which are close range or darts which allow me be further I adjust my range or if the mob is particular strong or many I would spam dire bats.
I use Zombie Dogs and Sacrifice as my bomb attack, when I'm swarmed by a lot of mobs or have a boss or an elite I stack up my soul harvests and blast em with 4 (with Zombie handler) for %1100 damage. And the rebirth usually, on average gives me 3 dogs back and by the time I'm ready again the cooldown is usually down.
Basically I'm asking for some tips and advise, I'm happy with soul harvest, sacrifice and dogs (though any critiques would be valued), My biggest concern is what to use as a main DD spell. In the beginning I loved dart because of the DPS but eventually as you progress the swarms of mobs gets countless and the single attack of the dart just felt overwhelming against a screen of 20+ mobs, but on the other hand where the frogs would attack more it would also require me to be upfront with the mobs which would get me majorly hurt. Also not the happiest with darts or frogs or even bats in general. If anyone can give suggestions as replacements that would be great. But please also some tips to helping me keep my mana up if you would be suggesting more mana intensive skills.
Also if you can help me with some general questions;
-This has been bothering me from when the released the skills, what is the main difference between Locust Swarm and Haunt? It doesn't really seem to have a big difference in skill mechanics, Can someone please explain to me the difference and if there is not one than why would I choose one over the other?
-Do Slow and snares stack? If I were to use Grasp of the dead and another witch doctor would too or if I demon Hunter used caltrop, or whatever, would all of those snares stack till the mobs eventually have 100% movement reduction?
I have a few more questions but I can't think of em now, If I do I'll add em in. Thanks for any help,

I agree with feminism. I don't think that it's right that for every dollar a man makes, a women gets 70 cents. Why do I only get 30 cents and some chick gets the rest?
Anything that makes you happy I would say, have fun with skills when you still can. If you want general advice, you don't want more than one secondary nuke (Exception of Grasp of the Dead). Get a single target primary and aoe secondary, or aoe spam primary and single target secondary. And you may need more defensive cooldowns later than dogs that you explode.
Splinters remain the most efficient single nuke through entire game, you could swap to Spiders if you wish on this diff. Then Locust, Acid, Dire Bats and Zombie BEARS (stay clear from other) are good aoe secondaries.
Firebomb would work fine with Dire Bats, Haunt, Zombie Bears and Spirit Barrage (If you stack mana regen passives). Frogs are mixed bag, very high damage, but not really single or aoe ability.
For the Haunt vs Locust. Haunt is a single target dot that may jump with remaining duration to other mob once first is dead (it's not perfect though). Locust on other hoof, jumps every ~0,5 sec from mob to mob applying full strength and duration dot on them, clears whole packs of mobs near instantly. First one is great on champs and so-so on groups, second is so-so on champs and great on groups.
Would you say one could use 'Haunt' as their single target and 'Acid Rain' as their aoe? I just got to act 2 nightmare and have those as well 'Firebomb' (Pyrogeist) & 'Spirit Barage' (Phantasm), and I'm thinking I should drop them for some utility soon.
and sometimes I would change the last skill spot to locusts or something else. I still go back to my first build every so often but any feedback on this one.. kiss of death seems to be very interesting. I would also like to try corpse bomb once I unlock it.
