Pain Enhancer is what gives you IAS for bleeding mobs in range. Enforcer is a damage boost for minions.
Except wizards don't cause bleeds. And if "burning" counts as a bleed that's retarded semantically.
Also, doesn't Zei care about your location relative to the mob, rather than the spell's location? Otherwise you'd constantly be doing no bonus damage because the spell has to hit the mob.
It does look like Zei's stone balances out the damage in different ranges but to get the maximum out of your hydras you have to place them really close to the mobs apparently... I guess that explains why hydra lags the game only sometimes? Not sure if it's connected.
Thanks some interesting stuff. Since we still cast other things and not every mob will be in point blank range, is Zei's still the optimal choice? If not, what are the 3 optimal gems?
TL:DR Mammoth does more damage if it is placed closer, even with zei's gem equipped.

What? Me worry?
You probably want enforcer over zeis if you have the choice between them for solo.
Enforcer's 25 yards or less, right?
