Some wizard survivability changes, nerfing slightly diamond skin and black hole, plus a hefty nerf on Dominance. Contrarily, Frost nova, Slow time and Blur received buffs to make them more attractive. Ice Armor is still pretty useless except for the last rune. Some polish on arcane signature attacks, and some needed nerfs on Arcane Destruction, Sleet Storm, and esp. Explosive Blast. Some tweaks to Passives, making Paralysis less OP and some of the less popular ones more appealing. Elemental Dominance is still confusing; Does attacking with, say, magic missile while a +cold damage weapon is equipped count as both an arcane AND cold damage stack(s)? If not, still not good enough as a passive for the effort/length of time invested?
Still begging for an RoS skill calculator. I really want to dig in to new builds in a more intuitive way. I've asked the mods for one and the idea was passed on to be considered.
Let's not forget the change to blur which is awesome, and now electrocute has an arcane version and shock pulse has a cold and arcane version.
Edit: not to mention the updated tal'rasha set bonus: Damaging enemies with Arcane, Cold, Fire or Lightning will cause a Meteor of the same damage type to fall from the sky. There is an 8 second cooldown for each damage type.
