I just got my first TF drop. I'm wondering which weapon I should use? If TF, what should I re-roll (I have a RG in inventory). I'm running conflag/MM spec.

Thunderfury

Wrong. Reroll the Thunderfury's socket into 10% dmg, add socket with RG. profit.
10% of 2148.8 DPS is a 214.8 dps upgrade.
(2148.8 + 214.8 = 2363.6 dps)
-----------------------------------------
Maximum bonus damage roll: (min1097 max1470) - (currentmin1026 currentmax1310) = (gainmin71 gainmax160). Now lets see how much DPS you can get from that: (71 + 160)/2 = 115.5 dps upgrade
Dridgen , you're forgetting about that extra 5% dmg from elemental exposure (for the whole party), if you reroll the thunderfury to cold. That's the whole point.
Same applies for lightning damage? He's simply switching his cold damage for lightning, no? Plus we don't even know if he is using Elemental Exposure or if he plays solo or group... All we know is that he is using a mm/conflag spec.
Based on the given information, my suggestion is the best. With additional information, it might change
You already get lightning from the proc of thunderfury and imho can't see why someone wouldnt use exposure for a 10-20% always on , group wide damage buff.
I... don't... I use Blackhole + Strongarm Bracers for a +29% damage debuff? *shrugs* Maybe if I get a good hellfire ammy I'll consider elemental exposure... Otherwise my survival > group dmg
