huge fan of kyoshiro's soul in the push variant just because i cant bother with maintaining stacks manually, but idd, witching hour is miles better for dps.
They changed it so you don't loose stacks anymore. Hit any enemy and it'll reset, and with no enemies just activate sweeping wind again. But seriously, even if you loose the 10 stacks, building them back up is so fast - as you don't need to wait a full second without being attacked just to gain a stack. Hit multiple enemies with Crippling Wave and the stacks just come right back.
