I didn't know where to put this thread under, so I just put it under Starcraft...
So anyway, which game is better?
(I like SC personally)

DIABLO = DEVIL its not supposed to be a nice game autostats are rediclous lack of pots is not welcome if it aint broke dont fix it! (diablo2)
as good Starcraft is, i'm really not into Sci-Fi games. Considering that i'm not really into RTS either, Warcraft III with its RPG elements keeps me even more interested. And the Warcraft Universe is also one of my favorites cause of WoW now too
blizz is overkilling warcraft so badly it's not even funny. im kinda sick of WC personally...
WC2 and WC3 were the best out of them tho.

I remember when I first played Warcraft 2. I'd never played a strategy game before and I was utterly blown away at how brilliant it was, it took me awhile to figure out what was going on, I still remember not knowing what the fog of war was and being absolutely amazed when I moved someone near it and more of the map showed up.
Few gaming experiences have come close to the first magical moments of Warcraft 2 and I then played it for hours on end but never completed it (I was only about 10).
Starcraft was good, the multiplayer was better because the races were actually different rather than just being the same units with different names, but overall I didn't like it as much.
I thought Warcraft 3 was excellent, but it didn't have the same feel as Warcraft 2 so I felt a little disappointed by it. Can't pinpoint what exactly was wrong, but I just preferred Warcraft 2 (it was still a great game though).
And World of Warcraft has sucked thousands of hours out of my life. I'm still debating with myself whether that's a good thing or not.
But anyway, so far it's Warcraft for me, but we'll see how Starcraft 2 turns out.

Same here dude, I got so addicted to it my brother hid the disc... I miss it kinda, but if I playe it again I would prolly be like, wth, wc3 owns this... Lol...

Wow, that's almost exactly what my experience was with Warcraft 2...
I got Warcraft 2 bundled with a copy of Starcraft Shareware. I played both and at first I thought Warcraft 2 was way better but then I learned how to use Siege Tanks in the 5th shareware mission.
I do miss Warcraft 2 though... (It won't work on my comp for some reason... Q.Q)
wc2 kinda was the game that brought blizz up. sooo many copies sold and people still play it.
sc was the bomb tho. at the time, i almost played it as much diablo 1

i like both a lot but after wow came out, i definitely like starcraft more now.
wow lost the true feel for warcraft. Warcraft was like a medieval dark battle between 2 races. world of warcraft just made that shitty
It's never been a war between two races. Two factions, yea, but not two races.
And I kinda like WoW. It lets you get into the universe where before you were more of a spectator. I would like it more if you could assassinate the major heads of the two factions though. Kill the human boy and WarChief Thrall. Be alot more interesting that way. And if you could actually take over towns like in a real war...
I do like how Blizzard took the Orcs in WC3 though. The misunderstood race that everyone thinks is evil but turns out to actually be the good guys in the war. *Sighs happily*
i never played WoW so i cant say that it sucks or not. all i can say is that blizz is overkilling it very badly... its almost painful to watch.

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.

I prefer the style, mass units versus fewer ones.

that's 2 things we agree on now
