No.
Also, he is constantly around Tyrael in Act 4 while the hero is out killing demons. Wouldn't Tyrael have noticed (or "sensed") anything?
EDIT: And how exacly did he get those runes?
My guess is that Tyrael is actually evil and him and Cain both plotted to take over the world as kind of the neutral people. They would lead on the forces of hell and the forces of heaven and they could stand back and make their move whenever the time was right. This could be why Tyrael had the worldstone destroyed. Also if this theory is not complete bs than it could explain Cain being immortal because Tyrael could've been keeping him alive.
Yes, but destroying the Worldstone wasn't exacly the first circumspect thing he did. He's been all over the place forever. You'd think that Heaven would have done something about him if they disagreed with his actions. And since they have not, we can only assume that even if he is a rogue amongst the angels, Heaven has never really had a problem with it.

That's true but if you've read the books (which I don't know if you have or not) there were forces working in the backround without heaven or hell noticing so could this not apply to Tyrael as well? And yes i know the theory sounds farfetched but i always did think Tyrael was evil (never thought about Cain though)

I must admit I have not read the books (have yet to find them in a library, and I don't want to buy them) but I indent to.
