I definitely gotta go with the style of Diablo 2. I just think the graphics look much nicer in games like those than in stuff lik the recent Warcraft series.
yeh better than warcraft, but if it was 3d like say neverwinter nights it would be ok

i really like the diablo2 style... as do most of us... but if it was 3d it wouldnt bother me much, if it was 3d im sure we would all get used to it and enjoy it the same

If you ever meet a hafling and a hungry dragon you dont have to outrun the dragon, you only have to outrun the hafling.

The only way D3 could pull off 3d is if it is no way whatsoever like WoW's stupid cartoony graphics. You would have to just look at one screenshot to say, "Is that Diablo in 3d?" All in all, isometric will do me just fine, but higher resolutions and anti-aliasing is a must.
