I just got this book, Legends of the RiftWar Book 1 and Book 2 and I was wondering if anyone else got it. So far Book 1 seems really freaking awsome. I'm hoping it's still being produced so I can find any more books if there are more...
Has anyone else read these books? What did you think about them? (And please, no spoilers!)
Oh, sorry. So far from what I have read it's about this alien race that landed in this world and they have been at war for like 10 years. Sort of like Warcraft, but not orcs. (Honestly I haven't read what the alien race looks like so...)
i read a saga called the Rift War saga, whats the name of the author? if its the same author, i can recommend like 15 awesome books from the same guy =)

Raymond E. Feist and Joel Rosenberg. Apparently there were two authors? o.O
But damn, Rifwar Saga? Sound's fucking awsome. How many books is in it? (It takes me some time to read a book, I don't read too fast. :P)
Heh, i think i registered just to share my knowledge.
The Riftwar saga is written by Raymond E Feist, consists of 4 books, Magician: Apprentice, Magician: Master, Silverthorn, and A Darkness at Sethanon. This is technically the first series, the second being the SerpentWar Saga, which is the same world, different time and characters. I havent gotten to reading and of the Legend of the Riftwar, which is his latest series, but im assuming it has more to do with the riftwar than the serpentwar. Hope that helps =)

"Cards and flowers on your window, your friends all plead for you to stay,
sometimes beginnings aren't so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."
And it's fantasy.
