Hmm. Interesting. Though I was hoping for something either like Elvis or L70ETC or Godsmack (a clean version of GodSmack, we got old people listening after all!)
Hmmm - for old folks too - so classic rock probably best - anything by the Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Eric Clapton, Bad Company, Foreigner, Steve Miller, Elton John, even some Led Zep would be good.

I love all those bands. never heard of Foreigner though...
Because the old people are in the next room over and if they hear cursing I'm the one who gets in trouble.
I remembered SoaD, so if you guys have anything like SoaD then great! And maybe with a good beat too... Perferably just the songs rather then the bands. Much appreciated.
I remember the original heavy metal movie, god that was a trip, lol. cool vid, heard a lot about grid but never saw actual gameplay, looks like a definite buy for me. but why would you buy an asus video card? their mobos are great, same with their 'tops but oh god don't buy their video cards! but i digress... here are some more rock artist to add to your playlist: Gun 'n roses, hendrix, steppenwolf, Rage against the machine, and sum-41. thats all i saw missing off the top of my head.
Ok, enough artists, I need songs. I appreciate the artists but I don't really have the time to go through each artist's album and pick good songs out...

We're trying to balance satisfying the fans and also creating a game that feels like our own.
LOLZ who listens to "rock" anymore, its all about Metal!
Because I hate to break it to you... L70ETC is metal =)
For some "clean" metal bands I'd suggest Edguy, Demon Hunter, Trivium, As I lay Dying... uhm its really hard to come up with ANY band now a days with clean lyrics, but with the case of metal most of it has a good message they just like to have potty mouths as they get thier message accross lol
EDIT: Oh... check out Symphony X they are amazing and extremely "clean"

-My Position on Black Metal: "So you know those annoying kids you see running around listening to crap radio rock bands wearing tripp jeans and shopping at hot topic? Well, Black Metal is just the next big thing... have fun with your trends, I'm gonna stay metal"
Well they probably think Rock and Roll itself is just as bad.
I suggest ACDC for classic rock
acdc thats who i forgot, but they are definitely not classic rock by any means. as far as songs go, off the top of my head:
AC/DC=the furor, for those about to rock, rock and roll aint noise pollution, burnin alive, hells bells, highway to hell, and the whole "stiff upper lip" album.
sum-41=thanks for nothing, rock its what were all about, hooch, the hell song, still waiting.
Rage=pistol grip pump, gorilla radio, renegades of funk, down rodeo, born of a broken man, testify, sleep now in the fire, the ghost of tom joad, killing in the name(pretty bad language in that one), bulls on parade, and everything else i didnt mention from their platinum hits album.
eagles=hotel cali, take it easy, witchy woman, tequilla sunrise, and a ton more.
which leaves u to check out for yourself: Hendrix, steppenwolf, and dont forget, the rolling stones
also, Fear of the Dark by Ironmaiden is an awesome song I used in some cs vids along time ago.
I've seen a few sites and heard a few people consider ACDC classic rock. They're back since like 1973 you know :/ 'Course they have their newer stuff like their new album coming out this year.

"Cards and flowers on your window, your friends all plead for you to stay,
sometimes beginnings aren't so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."
Link, I don't recommend bands very much to people. I'm either afraid they won't like it, or I want to keep it as much to myself as possible.
But one of my favorite more straightforward rocks bands lately has been Gravenhurst. They kick ass. Their music is fairly simple, yet has this eerie depth to it and I love their lyrics (which is strange because I don't pay attention to band lyrics too often). If you have MSN messenger, I'd be happy to transfer some of their songs to you. And if you like it, I'll send you the rest.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
